My son did summer camp, and karate was one of his classes. He really enjoyed himself, so we joined in studio after. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the class very fun and entertaining. I highly recommend this studio!

Justin Bunn is an excellent Martial Artist & Instructor. He has over 30 year experience & he taught me when he was a Teenager! Mr. Bunn is very patient & has experience teaching those with disabilities, as well. I highly recommend him, if you are in or near the Woodland area.

My kids have been going to Vitality Martial Arts for a few years, and back in March 2022 my husband and my self joined up too. I have a blast every week because the staff has fun ways to help you reach your fitness goals with drills and games. The best part of class is my whole family gets to train together. There isn't many actives parents can do with their kids in Woodland. I highly recommend Vitality Martial Arts.

Ever since our 9 year old son started at Kuk Sool Won back in October, my husband and I have been very pleased with the staff and their customer service. The staff is friendly and warm. They were extremely accommodating and understanding when our son had to have surgery after we signed the contract. They told us not to worry and even sent him a get well card after surgery!
In addition, while my son has been testing for each belt, the staff gives great feedback that keeps him motivated to keep going for his goal. They also encourage self discipline, goal setting, confidence, responsibility and perseverance which are great life skills to have.
Finally, I have told my son’s friends’ parents how pleased we are with how my son has progressed as a person and as a martial arts student. They have signed up their children because of this.
So, if you are seeking a “sport” for your child who needs some or any of those life skills, Kuk Sool is the place to go!!

We are now VITALITY MARTIAL ARTS

We wanted to formally announce to the public that as of today, June 27, 2023, we have decided to go in a different direction with our martial art school. We are committed to teaching high quality classes and much of what you see on and off the mat will remain the same. Our name will become VITALITY MARTIAL ARTS and we are now an affiliate martial art school with the organization United Mirae Kuk Sool under its founder, Master Sungjin Suh. By making this update to our school, we are afforded more opportunities that align with our vision of what we would like to offer to our community.
